Shipping
Standard shipping is free on every order over NZ$75. Orders are packed within one to two business days, and fragile paper and rattan shades are set into a moulded insert before they leave us.

Every order is tracked, and we email you the tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Returns
We want you to be happy with the light you have chosen. If a fixture is not right for your room, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
- Fixtures must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Items bought on clearance are final and cannot be returned.
- Return shipping is free within New Zealand.
- Refunds are issued within five to seven business days of your return reaching us.
- If a light arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you in full.
Exchanges
If you would prefer a different size or finish, we offer free exchanges on all full-price fixtures. You can start an exchange from your account, or contact us and we will arrange it for you.
